so due to a variety of health complications and things that have burdened me, i have been unable (or not tried hard enough) to manage a steady diet. the funny thing is i love vegetables. so what i’m doing in hopes to better my health is to eat more of healthy food, rather than the daily dosage of mcdonalds and other junk food.
today, i took out all the chocolate granola bars, and all that crap in my room and replaced it with nice, healthy, nature valley granola bars and i took out random unhealthy foods and replaced with yogurt, english muffins and i also made trail mix.
also, when my dad was here, i went grocery shopping and bought loads of different vegetables, fish, chicken and tofu.
so tonight, for dinner, i made vegetable medley with beans, red peppers, broccoli, carrots, snow peas, and celery mixed with fish, and for a side-dish, a little bit of rice.
everyone should do this. seriously. except i don’t have any food in my room.
